Setup

Allow Photos access

Install the app, grant Photos permission, complete device authentication, and start your first scan.

Scanning

Photos are free

Photo scanning is included. Video scanning is available through a one-time in-app purchase.

iCloud

Download when needed

If media is only in iCloud, Photos may need to download it locally before Sensitivity can scan it.

01

Getting started

Install Sensitivity from the App Store, allow Photos access when prompted, complete Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode authentication, and start a scan from the main screen.

02

Photo and video scanning

Photo scanning is free. Video scanning requires a one-time in-app purchase because video analysis takes more processing time. If a scan is interrupted, Sensitivity can save progress and continue from a checkpoint. On supported systems, background processing can help longer scans keep moving after you switch away.

03

iCloud Photos downloads

If an item is stored in iCloud and is not available on the device, Apple Photos may download it locally so it can be scanned. You can control this in Settings under Scan Options with Allow iCloud Downloads.

04

Restore purchase

If you already bought video scanning, open Settings in the app and use Restore Purchases. Purchase and restore flows are handled by Apple.

05

Privacy and stored data

Scanning runs on device. Sensitivity does not upload your photos or videos for review. For details about local storage, Keychain records, iCloud downloads, and purchase flags, read the Privacy Policy.

06

Accessibility

Sensitivity supports key Apple accessibility settings such as VoiceOver, Larger Text, Dark Mode, and Reduced Motion. Read the Accessibility page for details.
